The issue with guns is getting more and more intense. Nowadays it becomes easier to get access to gun because of self defense. In Texas, Florida etc.. people have been the witness of mass shootings. Even though some people may argue that mass shooting is a serious issue, opponents argue that enforcing laws to restrict gun control wouldn’t help solving mass shooting. “This month, members of the South Carolina House of Representatives made it clear that they don't want anyone's hands on their guns” (Holder). Each state has different policies on how to use gun. This year in the south of USA Families have been crying over their kids because a white man entered a school and killed over 15 students. Authorities in Florida have captured the person who did it and he was put into a psychiatric hospital. Families of the students and other said that the man responsible for this terrible action should be put in jail. Others also said that he should be sentenced to death. Au...
The National Firearms Act passed in 1934 and its purpose to reduce gun trading. Even through the NFA was enacted by Congress as an exercise of its authority to tax, but it still failed finally. Most people still disagree with the current gun policy in the United States. Most gun supporters and non-gun supporters all agree that the sale of firearms to people with mental illness is prohibited and that background investigations into the sale of firearms should be expanded. Obviously, this is what we should support. Because carrying guns or owning guns is a hidden danger in society. We can't clearly know if people around you have guns or when some gun owners suddenly attack. We sometimes hear some shootings in the news. Therefore, based on these, Should the United States formulate more stringent gun management laws?
